CO2 Laser Surgical Laser (30W)
FOR FASTER, SAFER, AND MORE COMFORTABLE VETERINARY SURGERIES
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) lasers have become a standard of care in veterinary surgery. CO2 lasers provide increased precision and result in reduced haemorrhaging, swelling, pain and tissue trauma.
Precision and Comfort in Soft Tissue Surgery: Our CO2 Lasers are designed with the ideal 10.6μm wavelength, ensuring increased precision and minimizing haemorrhage, swelling pain, and tissue trauma. Our veterinary CO2 laser system offers maximum flexibility and user-friendly control, leading to improved surgical outcomes and faster healing for a wide range of procedures in dogs, cats, birds, and other animals. Laser surgery effectively addresses common issues like tumours, cysts, warts, and infections in areas such as the ears, eyes, skin, and mouth.
The typical clinical uses of CO2 lasers include:
- Declawing - Traditional methods using a scalpel blade or nail trimmer for declawing were painful and time-consuming. Laser surgery for declawing significantly reduces pain in cats.
- Ear Hematoma - CO2 lasers, with their selective and gentle tissue penetration, are excellent for treating ear hematomas, as they require a small opening to drain the fluid.
- Skin Tumours - Lasers can completely remove small tumour lesions, resulting in less discomfort for pets during the recovery period.
- Dog Neutering - CO2 lasers are also suitable for dog neutering due to their advantages of minimal bleeding and reduced pain.
- Amputation - CO2 lasers are particularly effective for amputations, as they minimize bleeding, allowing for faster surgical procedures.
